Every JAM Anesthesia Services recruiter is responsible for credentialing each provider of CRNA jobs at each facility they represent. This accountability eliminates any lost paperwork or questions regarding a provider’s file when obtaining privileges.
First, everyone must be credentialed with our company, which includes preliminary drug, reference, and immunization screening. Next, we make an individual file containing all licenses, diplomas, references, and immunization records. JAM Anesthesia Services conducts a thorough verification of licensure, certifications, and clinical history.
We require all providers to have $1 million coverage for each claim made and $6 million aggregate coverage. This can be modified to fit a particular facility’s standard if necessary. Tail coverage is also required.
If a provider does not have their own professional liability coverage policy through an approved insurance carrier, we are equipped to provide them with coverage on an hourly basis. JAM Anesthesia Services has its own policy that covers our agency and any providers that we add to our professional liability policy. Our limits of coverage are also $1 million/$5 million.
